Our Mission

Story Bridge was created on a simple but powerful idea: stories connect us. In a world that can feel increasingly divided, Story Bridge offers a way to break down barriers, spark curiosity, and build communities of belonging, one story at a time.

We work with schools, organizations, and teams to help people of all backgrounds discover, shape, and share the stories that matter most. The result is laughter, empathy, trust, and meaningful connections that become the foundation of lasting community.

The Story Bridge Experience

A Story Bridge session isn’t a lecture — it’s an experience. With humor, energy, and care, facilitators Jennifer De Leon and Adam Stumacher guide participants step by step:

1. Discover
   Explore your own life for meaningful stories that deserve to be told.

2. Shape
   Craft your story into a narrative that’s clear, compelling, and true to your voice.

3. Share
   Bring your story to life in front of others, in an intimate circle or larger showcase.

4. Implement
   Develop concrete ways to harness story to strengthen connection in your classroom, team, or community.

By the end, every participant has not only shared a story, they’ve been part of building a community.

Why It Matters

Story is one of the oldest and most effective tools for human communication. It builds trust, reveals who you are in ways a resume, a transcript, or a title never could, and creates the conditions for real listening. And when people truly listen to each other, something else happens: they connect.

Story Bridge helps people harness that power. Whether someone is a student finding their voice for the first time, a teacher trying to create an inclusive classroom, or a leader working to build culture across a divided team, the underlying skill is the same: knowing how to find a story worth telling, shape it with intention, and share it in a way that lands.
